This iberic shoulder comes from a pig that has been raised in "La Sierra Aracena" Mountains north of the province of Huelva near the famous town of Jabugo where it has been matured. Very tasty when you like authentical products. The weight is approximatively 2.5 kg (5lb and 8oz). You should store it between 4 and 8°c (40 to 45°F) for long term conservation. But don't forget to let it return to room temperature and to place it on a warm plate for better enjoyment, hence the tastiness of its aromes will flare up even more.
